God’s Grace Poured Out on those with Regrets (1 Tim. 1:12-17)
The Apostle Paul shared with Timothy how his past mistakes made him feel unworthy, but God's amazing grace has transformed him into a person God has chosen to use to do great things (1 Tim. 1:12-17). Come to Rockwell Church this Sunday to be encouraged to experience God's grace poured out in your life.
“Grace Poured Out on those with Regrets” 1 Timothy 1:14
#1 We are REDEEMED for His purpose (v.11-12)
#2 We need to REMEMBER who/what we were/are (v.13)
#3 We need to RECEIVE the outpouring of Jesus grace (v.14)
#4 We need to REACH out encouraging others with our faith story (v.15-16)
#5 We need to RESPOND to Christ's outpouring of grace and love (v.17)
AW Tozer wrote, “Grace is the good pleasure of God that inclines him to bestow benefits upon the undeserving. It is a self-existent principle inherent in the divine nature and appears to us as a self-caused propensity to pity the wretched, spare the guilty, welcome the outcast, and bring into favor those who were before under just disapprobation. Its use to us sinful men is to save us and make us sit together in heavenly places to demonstrate to the ages the exceeding riches of God's kindness to us in Christ Jesus.”
